Mustard Chicken
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons prepared mustard
1 bag (12 ounces) Pepperidge Farm Herb stuffing mix
8 boneless chicken breasts
Preheat oven to 350°.
Stir together the melted butter, mayonnaise, and mustard. Coat chicken breasts in this mixture and press into the stuffing mix on both sides.
Bake on a parchment paper lined baking sheet for one hour covered and then an additional 30 minutes, uncovered.
