Mutton Currry Ingredients
২ কেজি মটন / 2 kg Mutton
সরিষার তেল / Mustard Oil
২ টি আলু / 2 ea potato
স্বাদমত নুন / Salt To Taste
১ টি দারুচিনি / 1 ea Cinnamon
১ টি তারা ফুল / 1 ea star anise
৬৭ টি এলাচ / 67 ea Cardamom
৬৭ টি লবঙ্গ / 67 Ea Long
২ টি তেজপাতা / 2 Ea Bay Leaves
৭৫০ গ্রাম পেঁয়াজ পাতলা করে কাটা / 750 g Size onion slice
১/২ চা চামচ হলুদ গুঁড়ো / 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
২ চা চামচ কাশ্মীরি লঙ্কার গুঁড়ো / 2 tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
১ চা চামচ গোলমরিচ গুঁড়ো / 1 Tsp Black Pepper Powder
প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী জল / water as required
৩ চা চামচ গোটা ধনে / 3 tsp Whole Coriander Seeds
১ চা চামচ গোটা জিরা / 1 tsp whole cumin seeds
