২ কেজি মটন / 2 kg Mutton
২৫০ মিলি টক দই / 250 ml curd
২ চা চামচ আদা রসুন বাটা / 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
২ চা চামচ কাঁচা লঙ্কা বাটা / 2 tsp green chili paste
স্বাদমত নুন / salt to taste
১/৩ জায়ফল / 1/3 Nutmeg
৫০০ গ্রাম পেঁয়াজ / 500g Onion
কাজু ও কাঠবাদাম / kaju & almond
৪ চা চামচ পোস্ত / 4 Tsp Poppy Seeds
জল / Water
২ চা চামচ গোটা ধনে / 2 tsp Whole Coriander Seeds
১ টি দারুচিনি / 1 ea cinnamon stick
১ চা চামচ চিরঞ্জী / 1 tsp Chironji Seeds (Charoli)
১ টি তেজপাতা / 1 Ea Bay Leaf
১ টি জয়ত্রী / 1 Ea Mace
৭৮ টি লবঙ্গ / 78 ea long
৫৬ টি এলাচ / 56 ea Cardamom
১ টি কালো এলাচ / 1 Ea Black Cardamom
১ চা চামচ মৌরি / 1 Tsp Fennel Seeds
