This is a used battery operated Razor MX500 dirt bike. We purchased it used, it had a sticker that said “needs batteries”. So we purchased 3 new batteries, new charger, and a new charger cord.

It worked!!! Then we charged it that night and it worked again. Then after the third charge it will not move.

We replaced the throttle cable, still didn’t work. We replaced the controller, still didn’t work.
We replaced the left and right brakes, still didn’t work.

We have checked the motor and it moves with a smaller battery hooked to it. The batteries are all showing 13v DC.

I’m out of ideas. Any help is appreciated.
