I'm Aja Dang, and this video follows a day in my life as a Peerspace host. While we fell into this side hustle during Houstongate 2023, it has become my most lucrative side hustle, which we've continued to do after moving back to LA.

I know that this isn't a side hustle that everyone can do and there are a few challenges with renting out our space (especially with dogs and living there full time) but it has been a wild ride for the year that we've been doing it. I think this is a great side business idea for someone who owns or lives in a live/work loft like us, and can provide a unique experience for anyone looking to host a party, booking a photoshoot or shoot a film. Living in LA really helps since everyone is continuously creating and hustling.
