Giving you a tour of my one bedroom, one bath, 636 square foot apartment in Wilmington, NC. Hopefully this gives you some decorating ideas and some insight on what you can expect if you're looking to live in this area! My apartment comes with a dishwasher, full sized washer and dryer in unit, ice maker, balcony, walkin closet, and tons of amenities like a full gym, pool, package room, dog park, free parking and more. My rent is currently $1,328 a month, which is on the lower side of average for this area right now. (This area is growing quickly, however, so the prices will likely continue going up over the next few years. For reference, when I first moved here at the end of 2021, my rent in this same apartment was $950/month! Keep that in mind if you're considering moving to Wilmington!!)
