So….

I was just 19 years old, almost 40 years ago when I met my best friend Donnetta. We were like siblings from another mother from the first day. Now she’s moving to our area in Italy because once you come to visit and stay for a while like she did with us, the next step is you want to move here.

She found this great two bedroom two bath house just a few blocks away from Lake Montepulchino in Southern Tuscany. I made this video for her when I went to do a walkthrough. She has never seen the house in person and bought it without ever visiting!

The house feels a lot bigger than 700 ft.². It’s nicely decorated and everything is an excellent condition. I forgot to videotape the second bathroom, but it’s in excellent shape too. I shot this video in January 2024. So the pool is still covered up, but I’ll do a follow up video once she’s moved in with all her personal effects.

Let’s ALL wish Donnetta a happy retirement in Italy! I really appreciate her letting me show this house.
