Egg whites / White eggs 15 gr
Flour/ Flour 190 gr
Butter/Butter 150 gr
Yeast/Baking powder 4 gr
Vanille / vanilla QS
*QS : quantité suffisante/ sufficient quantity.

✅ Ganache recipe:
Lait de coco/coconut milk 40 gr
white chocolate /white chocolate 50 gr
Rose aroma/arôme de rose 3 gr

✅ Decorations and finish
Pink praline 60 gr
Coconut powder 10 gr
Raspberry or strawberry jam QS
