9.15 AM Appointment Scheduled

8.45 AM Security will call out, those who have Appointment at 9.15 AM can come in.

Then we have to sit in the waiting area for 15 min.

9.00 AM Those who have appointment at 9.15 AM are called in.

At Security Gate :
They check your Visa Appointment Letter

Then we have to go ahead and show the same document and Passport to VFS Members at the entry gate.

They will ask you if you would like to take premium lounge service ?

I told them No,
They send you ahead from different direction, and then security check happens,
Your bags will be checked.
( no laptop allowed inside, locker room facilities are available )

Then you have to go on 3rd Floor.

Ask the security on 3rd Floor about Germany Visa, he will provide you with the token number and the direction.

You have to seat in waiting area until your token number comes.

Now your Documents will be checked and arranged in proper order according to the checklist which they will provide and they themselve will arrange it.

Meanwhile, you will be asked to fill certain questionnaires ( 2 Pages )

If all your documents are fine, you will receive one more token number for Documents submission.

When your token number will be called, you have to submit this arranged documents at Submission Counter,

Here all the sequence of all the documents will be checked, Videx Form Details will be cross checked and will ask you for payment option, which you are choosing: Cash/Card
You will immediately receive invoice receipt on your mail id in few minutes.
They will keep all your documents and passport in one folder and will tell you to submit it during Biometric Verification.

If you opt for Cash :
You have to pay cash to Counter 15 and will receive another token number for Biometric Verification.

Once your token number is called, you have to go for Biometric Verification and also submit the folder with your passport which you received earlier at submission Counter.

During Biometric Verification, certain questions will be asked, basic questions like date of birth, place of birth of yourself, parents and also name of university, when are you intended to travel, like that questions.

Once biometric is done, they will keep your passport and the other documents as well.

And you are done with your Visa Process.

It took me around 2.30 Hrs
From 9 AM to 11.30 AM.

Immediately in next 24 hours,
i.e. 4 July 2023 at 11.30 AM,
I received notification on text message and mail id, that my documents have reached Embassy/Consulate for further processing.

And In general, it takes about one month for your passport to get stamped and reach to you via courier.
