Introduction Aloo Paratha are Indian Breakfast flatbreads made with whole wheat flour, boiled potatoes, spices & herbs. These flavorful and delicious stuffed Parathas are a staple in many North Indian homes, Dhabas & restaurants. These are most commonly topped with white butter and served alongside Pickle and Yogurt.

ingredients are here :
✅3 big size boiled potatoes
✅1/2 chopped onion
✅1 tbsp of grated ginger
✅1 tbspn of coriander leaves
✅1 tspn of coriander powder
✅1/2 tspn of aamchoor powder
✅1/2 tspn roasted cumin powder
✅1/2 red chilli powder
✅1 tspn of salt
make these in Desi ghee ( clarified butter ) . you will love it. Ghee is so expensive that's why it is called liquid gold. I make ghee at home. we eat it with Indian pickle.
