My Favorite Push-Up for Developing Powerful Punches

Pushups are exceptionally effective for developing stronger, punches, but explosive pushups can help your punches become even more powerful.

And standard Pio pushups work just fine, but this pushup variation can be even more effective while also helping you develop more core strength and shoulders stability for bulletproof joints.

Give these explosive pushups, a try in this micro workout:

#1 warmup begin with 20 to 30 seconds of shifting pushups or a low resistance, pushup variation of your choice

#2 Perform 68 lateral jumping pushups for as many sets as you can until you notice a reduction in power.

#3 Add a finisher of regular pushups or ring pushups for 12+ reps for 12 sets if you want more of an emphasis on hypertrophy.
