In todays video I raced my first 50km Ultra Marathon, the Stour valley 50 aka the SVP50. Things started well but the heat and cramping soon got the better of me. At the half way point I honestly didn't think id make it to the finish line but with the support of my family and friends as well as my stubbornness not to give up I completed the thing in just under 6 hours.
