This morning I got my first ultralight flight (my first flight in anything other than paramotor) in my Kolb Firefly Ultralight. I'd previously made a few taxi runs that honestly scared me far more than actually flying. Lake Wales airport was the perfect place for my first flight. Big thanks to Mike Brown, Tom Cooper, Chris Garrison, Ron Toran and Al Bilodeau for being so supportive on my journey to fixedwing flight. Looking forward to some proper training now.
