On my first day in Jakarta I decided to go for a walk from the Selamat Datang Monument https://maps.app.goo.gl/2acKjwF5hfUrZ... to the Monas monument https://goo.gl/maps/ArnQnMh3XHwqXaW9A to get a feel of how Central Jakarta is.

While walking around I realized how friendly Indonesian people are. Countless locals and tourists came to say hi and/or take pictures with me. Overall my first impressions of Jakarta was amazing!

While walking I tried foods such as Coconut Pancake (Kue Ape) and Fish Chips (Krupuk).

From the Monas Monument I took a tuktuk to the Istiqlal Mosque https://maps.app.goo.gl/hEwAaGWsvFJP5... and after that I had a quick look at the Jakarta Cathedral.

With my Youtube videos I aim to show a different perspective than what most travel vloggers would do by interacting with people and really getting the local insights of the places I visit.
