It was an absolute delight to be able to get out for this run I was so happy! It was a bit more than I'd expected to do, and I definitely felt it once I'd stopped, but it felt so good to be on some trails again :)
FWIW, I am nowhere near recovered from EpsteinBarr Virus. It still impacts my social, work and home life every single day, but celebrating the small wins like this helps to keep me positive. This definitely wouldn't have been possible 6 weeks ago, so that's a good sign.
