Hi Beautiful People! Welcome to a new video. I recently was inspired to put a vegan spin on a seafood boil so here’s my take on a vegan seafoodinspired boil! I am so happy with how it turned out and look forward to making my next boil.

Items included in the boil:
Corn
Potatoes
Hearts of Palm
Vegan Sausage (I used impossible sausage)
King Trumpet Mushrooms (I purchased mine at whole foods)

Here are some things I plan to do differently:
For the hearts of palm, I plan to remove the core (soft part) before cooking with it. The soft part was a bit mushy
Add the vegan sausage after the oven versus before so that it doesn’t get as soft
After simmering the mushrooms, I plan to make them crispy in the air fryer first and then add them to the bag
