Hi! Today I will show you how to bake delicious homemade bread, which my French grandmother taught me. Lesia's bakery. You will learn what ingredients are needed, how to knead the dough properly and what secrets will help you achieve the perfect consistency and aroma. Let's make soft homemade bread!
No eggs, no milk!
Subscribe, like and cook!

Recipe and ingredients:

200 ml of warm water.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
11 grams of dry yeast.
Stir until the yeast and sugar dissolve.
Leave for 10 minutes to activate the yeast.
Sift 610 grams of wheat flour.
8 grams of salt.
Mixing.
Make a small indentation.
200 ml of warm milk.
50 ml olive oil.
The yeast activated well.
Add activated yeast.
Mix the ingredients.
Grease the table with olive oil.
Continue kneading the dough on the table.
Knead into a smooth dough.
Place the dough in a bowl.
Cover the dough and set aside in a warm place for 50 minutes.
The dough rose well.
Place the dough on the work surface.
Shape the dough into one ball.
Divide the dough into 9 equal parts.
Form balls from each piece of dough.
Place the dough balls on the board.
Do the same with the remaining pieces of dough.
Cover the dough for 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, roll out the dough with your hands.
Fold the dough over, pinching the edges.
Secure the edges.
Place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
Follow the same process as before.

Beat 1 egg.
Brush the bread with egg.
70 ml of water.
50 grams of flour.
Mix well so that no lumps remain.
Add black sesame seeds.
Mix thoroughly.
Create patterns with a pastry bag.
Bake the bread in an oven preheated to 180°C for 25 minutes.
The bread is ready!
