At the start of April, all my hair began falling out. I lost 70% of my hair and it made dealing with isolation and the current lockdown even more difficult. I had to come to terms with my emotions surrounding the whole experience but also figure out exactly why this happening! I had no idea why this was occurring.

My aim in sharing, as always, is to allow us to connect. When we share our problems with others we feel less alone, more connected and realise that other people are going through the same experience! It also helps us as individuals to work through our issues a problem shared is a problem solved or so the saying goes.
