This was a hard video to make. I've had IBS for about 9 years now and I thought the time was right to tell you my full IBS story, openly and honestly.

I couldn't tell you guys the full story until now, not only because it's IBS Awareness Month, but also because nobody knew about my ED until recently. Sadly, that had a huge effect on the severity of my IBS.

I hope there's light at the end of the tunnel, because it's been a long journey. Changing my diet via the low FODMAP diet has helped a lot, but my IBS never seems to go away.
