✅ Glutenfree recipe.

Ingredients:
130g | 1.5 cup rolled oats
1tbsp potato or corn starch
1/2tsp baking soda
1tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp coconut oil (optional)
1/2 cup | 120ml dairyfree milk
pinch of salt

High protein spread ingredients:
30g | 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
60g | 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
50g | 1/4 cup chia seeds
1tbsp cumin seeds
2tbsp capers or green olives
30g | 1/2 cup parsley
1 garlic clove
5tbsp olive oil

‍Cooking tips:
❗You can substitute 1/2tsp baking soda for 3tsp baking powder.
❗You can skip coconut oil if you use fullfat coconut milk.
❗Add different herbs and superfoods to your spread and create your personal indulgence.
❗If the spread is not smooth enough add a little more oil or water until you get the favoured consistency.
