I know many of us have family or friends in a coma from the coronavirus right now and it is extremely scary. I'm sharing my personal come experiences in the hopes that my story will help you to understand what it's like to be in a coma and what the struggles are facing your loved ones after waking up from a coma so you'll be better equiped to help them cope with their new life and deal with the scary ICU psychosis nightmares that your loved one may be struggling with.

In 2016 I was put into a medically induced coma for 3 weeks because of a serious case of double lung pneumonia. While in the coma I developed ARDS acute respiratory distress syndrome (servere lung failure with about a 20% chance of survival) Here's what I remember about the crazy scary coma dreams (nightmares) that I had during that time.

"They were killing my children...", worst induced coma nightmares come true for me in coma dreams ... "it felt more real, than reality!"

ICU Psychosis, that's when the doctors started weaning me off of my medically induce coma and my mind didn't know how to handle all of my worst fears. "It was the scariest experience of my life.

I made this video to honour Claire Wineland, founder of Claire's Place Foundation for Cystic Fibrosis through sharing my own coma dreams and nightmares that is also known as ICU Psychosis nightmares or dreams.
