My Last Meal OMAD Day ONE

We are Intermittent fasting for 23 hours a day. We're eating one meal a day and this is our first day with our first meal. We will be doing this for a total of 30 days, but I feel so good this first week on this that I might stay on this forever. I have EDS and gastroparesis and I have not been sick since starting this diet. It is easier to do an elimination diet with this way of eating because if you feel bad afterward, you know exactly what is making you feel bad! Follow me for these 30 days and see a before and after weight loss transformation! Lets do this together!

My weight loss history I weighed nearly 400 pounds and have lost all the way down to 212 pounds. Because of lipedema I cannot weigh less than 212 (I tried to water fast it away, but it doesnt budge!) I have gained 30 pounds since moving to America over two years ago. One of these days I will get this all figured out! For now, I am just trying to get healthy and maintain a steady weight without feeling ill or fatigued all the time. If you feel like sharing your story, please leave a comment and share!
