Sorry for the late upload! I was watching the Fritz Wimbledon game, which got way too exciting and went way longer than expected. And when I finally uploaded, I realized I had forgotten to add music! So did that this morning.

After achieving a goal, you'd think that everything would work out. But most of the time, you feel horrible. The goal is done, what now? I ran a half marathon, and then fell into one of my deepest depressions I've had in a long time.
