I saw terrible wars, with weapons I didn't even know existed. Entire cities being destroyed in seconds. Ocean levels rising, swallowing coastal islands and cities. Hurricanes, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, all happening with frightening frequency. It was as if the Earth itself was rebelling against humanity. I wanted to close my eyes, stop seeing all the destruction, but I couldn't. Something told me that I needed to see everything through to the end.
