So pretty much this goes for any Motorized Bicycle MS380, MS460, MS660, MS720 build you may want to try and make! So don't make my mistake on your build! Not much info on this so I hope this saves you some Aggravation! I lucked out just lost piston and some time! could of been a lot worse!

So like I have always said! You learn from mistakes! So when I cut my window back in build of this engine few old timers said the Piston would fail from the forces of it resting on the cylinder as it goes up and down!
As the crank makes it's full circle. It will shove lateral forces on the piston as it goes around. When I cut my window for this Type of piston it left to much of the vertical supporting walls with no support and all the force resting on the thin bottom section below the port!

Since I never considered any of the above when making mine nor did I see any postings about this! I had no idea it was even common thing till after my build was done! So I figured since it's already rolling lets see if it really fails or not! All about science right? Well it did folks! this one is true!

A piston with the Transfers cut into the piston design really does have this issue! They say a Good solid CIRCLE or oval is best and to leave a good amount on bottom end to support forces on it or to make a Rail down center of the piston to help prevent flex under load. Not really sure yet what I will cut in this new piston sitting in front of me! But hey we have 60 of them ready to die sitting in front of me! Science!
