My Secrets for Getting Big as a Natural Bodybuilder. Some people ask me how I competed at a high level as a natural bodybuilder. I tell them it first of all boiled down to priorities. In my competitive days, I made bodybuilding my entire life, I slept it, ate it, and trained it. Everything revolved around my sleep, food, and training, and that was what I wanted to do at that point in my life. I've since gained other priorities, and now have incorporated them into my fitness philosophy, but in this video I share some of the helpful techniques that got me to the top of my sport.
