Some additional information:
While I lived here, my rent was 75,000 yen which was later hiked up to 81,000 yen inclusive of wifi, utilities.
I didn't have my residence card when I signed the contract so my passport was accepted.
Pets weren't allowed as far as I knew.
We could have guests overnight for free for a limited number of nights a month.
I renewed my contract every six months.
We had a lovely lady come in twice a week to clean the common areas, but you are expected to clean up after yourself when using the kitchen and bathrooms.
