I interview author Steve Rosse about his memoir "Leaving Thailand". Steve spent 7 years in Phuket, Thailand in the 90's. Steve's book is brutally honest about his life on Phuket and in the USA. He goes into particular detail about his marriage to his now exwife and their life in Thailand and the States. There are some hilarious stories in the book too especially the one about how the Crown Prince of Denmark changed Steve's life forever.

The book is a fascinating tale of one man's expatriate experience. I found it hilariously funny at times, terribly sad in parts and a very frustrating read at certain times where I wanted to shake Steve and tell him to get it together.
