I never made a video including the world function in MagicaVoxel (Neon City and Tiki Town were both built before the release) so I figured I’d record my third project in MagicaVoxel and share a few tips that made this one significantly faster to finish.

A few responses to the questions you may have about MagicaVoxel (most asked in my comments):
How to apply textures?
Each texture is linked to a color from the palette, so selecting it, going to the render tab, and selecting an effect will tie that effect to the color on the palette. To edit it, select the color again on the render tab.

How to make water?
It’s the glass texture set on a white or blue color

How to make a light?
That will be the diffuse effect.
