✅ VIDEO SUMMARY
First, create a smart object containing all of your working layers. This will help keep the content safe in case you want to edit or change it in the future. Next, go to "Filters", "Blur" and then "Gaussian Blur". You can vary the intensity of the filter by adjusting the gaussian blur radius. The higher the radius, the more blur, the lower, the less! Lastly, if you want to limit your blur to only a specific part of your image or a individual subject, adjust the mask on the Smart Filters to only select the areas you need using the Brush Tool!
