Catherine was very ill in a hospital with blood in her lungs. Despite the tangible evidence of her illness, when the hospital saw M.E. in her file they treated her like she was crazy. This is a why we organized the challenge, but also we started it for those who are so ill they are fighting for their lives in bed for decades and are still called crazy.
