The Crayon 301 Cup Series race got underway on Monday afternoon after wet weather postponed the race. Martin Truex Jr. won Stage 1 and Stage 2 for the second consecutive year. There was 8 total cautions, without any multicar wrecks. Truex Jr. stayed dominant throughout the race, taking the checkered flag at New Hampshire for the first time in his career. The victory was his third this season and 34th overall career win.
