This webinar will outline the results of the Nationwide Atrial Fibrillation (AF) project which provides an opportunity to review available resources for clinicians including: models of AF care, national statistics and data on AF clinics, a clinical assessment checklist as a tool used in AF care, and results of clinician's consensus on how to advise patients. Implications to clinical practice and future direction for knowledge translation to improve systems of care will be discussed.
