In this neck compression evaluation for myelopathy video I take you through some of the most common findings in a patient with cervical spine myelopathy.
✅ Unsteady or incoordinated walk.
✅ Positive Babinski Sign.
✅ Positive Hoffman's Sign.
✅ Ankle clonus.
✅ Lower extremity hyperreflexia.
✅ Tingling throughout both legs.
Not all cervical myelopathy patients present the same way and cervical spinal cord compression can be a little tricky to identify.
