NECK STRETCH: Stretching of the MAIN MUSCLES to RELIEVE the CERVICALS

When we have neck pain (Cervicalgia, torticollis) or after sports (weight training for example), we inexorably try to stretch the muscles located in the cervical region.
In this video, I propose to teach you how to stretch all the muscles of the neck, or at least the muscles that I consider to be the most important.
For educational purposes, before each exercise, you will have a small anatomical description in order to locate the muscle in question.

Of course, I invite you to consult your doctor or physical therapist before engaging in this type of exercise.

Dosage:
Do 3 reps for each muscle.
Each stretch is held for 6 seconds.
