Cats eyes are like gemstones.
I believe that all cat owners feel this way.
When I started out I was desperate to find somewhere where I could buy glass eyes matching exactly what had in mind.
But I couldn’t find them anywhere.
I had to make them myself.
I had no idea how to create these glass eyes from scratch.
So I learnt the art of glass making;
colour theory, some classical painting techniques and about prosthetics.
The glass eyes I make are a delicate combination of all these techniques
It’s funny how even though when I create exactly the same coloured eyes as the actual cat, it doesn’t necessarily embody the spirit of the cat.
