Chief Justice DY Chandrachud, on Monday, while hearing a batch of petitions regarding the reeamination of NEETUG 2024, remarked that the leak of the question paper is an "admitted fact." He stated that before making a decision to hold a reexamination, "we must be conscious of the extent of the leak as we are dealing with 23 lakh students."
