I took clips of all the things I have done over the last few months to strengthen my left hand. Ring finger and thumb strain to be expected... Massage near elbow.
I have been playing one handed games to strengthen my right hand. My pinky and ring finger are often sore, but no strain.
I practice on the menu screen for consistency, and lv19 for timing.
I can't spin pieces and keep my thumb, on 19 yet, but I am getting there. I just throw pieces against the walls. Alternating left then right, to practice 4 taps.
I have gotten 150k on lv15 and 90k on lv18. Don't judge... I am learning this on my own.
This is just what I have worked out, not the only way. I hope it is useful. I saw one player using a rubber finger (for mail sorting), on the anchor finger. Another player was holding down one of the spin buttons and only lifting to tap...
