The Net Promoter score is a customer experience survey usually carried out by companies to test their customers loyalty or the likelihood of them recommending their brand, products or services to someone else. The NPS is based on a single survey question on a scale of 1 to 10. The NPS is divided into 3 main categories of respondents which are the detractors, passives and promoters.
