Parsing BAI2 financial institution files is not fun, and NetSuite's SuiteApp does not make it easier. While working to produce a new Cash Application Manager, we extended our Record Import Export Manager (RIEM) system to easily parse BAI2 files. This makes it easy to automate the import of complex data into NetSuite.
