Ninja Nerds!
In this lecture Professor Zach Murphy will be teaching you about the cervical plexus! The cervical plexus is a network of nerve fibers that supplies innervation to some of the structures in the neck and trunk. We will be outlining all of the nerves within the cervical plexus and the muscles they innervate.
The cervical plexus located in the posterior triangle of the neck, halfway up the sternocleidomastoid muscle, and within the prevertebral layer of cervical fascia. The plexus is formed by the ventral rami (divisions) of cervical spinal nerves C1C4. We hope you enjoy this lecture and be sure to support us below!
