I briefly reflect upon just how much energy separate selves use up. Resolving a self or selves really lightens up the energy field, so much so that it takes some getting used to!

The main thrust of this video is to discuss neutralising statements which help to override any impetus from a separate self. I will give a few practical examples of neutralising statements that are working for me.
