Today we take a look at those alpha quadrant powers who chose neutrality and all its risks and uncertainties over joining the war. Each had their own unique reasons from staying out of the war. Some doing so out of pragmatic self intrest, whilst others do so out of deeply held principles and beliefs. In many ways the absence of these powers from the war does just as much if more than any battle or campaign in shaping the dominion war, leading to its ultimate outcome.
