We recently paid a visit to the ‪@nevadanorthernrailway8416‬ in Ely, Nevada. Before catching our train ride we took a walk through their machine shop and engine house. It's open to the public so everything can walk through and enjoy seeing them. The preservation the organization has done to every aspect of the railway is simply amazing! All of the original machinery, equipment, tools, buildings train cars and locomotives were saved and preserved. They are always working on restorations and hope to eventually have many of the cars and engines rebuilt and put back into service. Take a peek inside the working machine shop and engine house with us.
