Discover the secret of this irresistibly moist chocolate dessert that makes any occasion a special event! In this video I guide you step by step through the recipe that is perfect for chocolate lovers and foodies.
Not only is this cake a showstopper on any coffee table, but it also impresses with its delicious layers of moist chocolate sponge, rich cream and a glossy chocolate glaze.
With simple ingredients and timehonored baking techniques, this cake is guaranteed to be perfect every time. I cover all the tips and tricks you need to create this dreamy cake at home.

Ingredients:
• 150g flour
• 50g cocoa
1 tbsp oil
150g sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp cream
1 pinch of salt

1 Beat the eggs with the sugar until the volume of the mixture has tripled. Add the oil and cream. Stir gently with a spatula.

Add the flour, cocoa and sifted salt.
Mix gently with a spatula.
Put the dough on a plate. Spread it well with a spatula. Bake for 12/15 minutes at 180°.
After removing it from the oven, turn the plate over onto a damp cloth. Roll the sponge cake in the cloth. Let it cool completely.
The cream cheese:
175 g Philadelphia
100 g fullfat cream
83 g icing sugar Vanilla extract
Icing:
80 g dark chocolate
80 g milk chocolate
125 g cream
30 g butter
1 Pour the boiling cream over the chocolate pieces.
Wait 1 minute and stir until smooth. Add the butter and stir to obtain a lumpfree and perfect topping.
2 Let the topping cool to temperature before covering the entire cold cake with it.
Refrigerate the cake for about 40 minutes before serving.
