In today's episode of DIY Willy I’m searching for more power from our little Gasbike 79cc power house. I have tried different carburetor and manifold designs but I have finally found the best one out of all of them. I found this manifold design while browsing the web and tried to purchase it. To my surprise the company cannot ship to beautiful California. So what does DIY Willy do? Build his own and let me tell you it works perfectly.

When I first installed the 79cc engine was able to get 12mph according to the phone GPS app. Then I removed the governor and installed the 19mm carb with the custom intake all from AGK and the little bike reached an amazing 18mph. Now that is progress with me as a rider and I’m not a small guy.

So today I installed again another custom manifold that I’m calling a high rise manifold. This manifold really performed bringing the minibike to a blazing 21mph. That’s an increase of 3mph with only the high rise manifold.

I still have other mods to do on this GasBike 79cc engine and the Mega Moto minibike so please come back and check out the progress on this fun minibike.
