Why the ReUpload? I was asked by HH to pull the video down, although they did a poor job of communicating this release. Once a video is moved to Private, you lose all comments and any algorithm / momentum that video had. When it's moved back to Public, none of your subscribers will be notified and you lose most engagement with the video. YouTube sees this and downgrades your video and will not recommend it.
