Malindi used to be a thriving holiday destination, and is also where most domestic visitors to Watamu will fly into, but it's not somewhere that we have spent much time.
Saffron Garden in Malindi reached out to us and said they wanted to show us a side to the coastal town that we have never seen before, so we packed our bags, drove 30 minutes from Watamu and were ready to see what Saffron Garden had to show us.
