Recipes:
SALTED CARAMEL MOCHA CREAMER RECIPE:
➕3TBS Brown Sugar
➕1/3 CUP Water
➕2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract
➕PINCH of salt
➕2 CUPS cream of choice
➕1TBS cacao powder
On medium high bring brown sugar and water to a boil in a small saucepan, stirring constantly to avoid scorching. Once sauce starts to thicken add vanilla and salt. Reduce heat to low and slowly add cream while whisking to fully incorporate. Once cream has mixed thoroughly add 1 tablespoon of cacao powder and whisk well.
Transfer cooled creamer to storage container. Can be stored for up to 10 days.
PUMPKIN SPICE CREAMER RECIPE:
➕2 CUPS cream of choice
➕1/2 CUP pumpkin purée
➕2 TSP pumpkin pie spice blend
➕Stevia Sweetener to taste
In a small saucepan bring cream to a low simmer on low medium heat. Add pumpkin purée, pumpkin pie spice blend and sweetener. Whisk together until well incorporated, cool and transfer to a container. Refrigerate. Use within 57 days.
PECAN PIE CREAMER RECIPE:
➕2 CUPS Half and Half (or cream of choice)
➕1/3 CUP Maple Syrup
➕2TSP Pecan Extract
➕DASH nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a gentle simmer on lowmedium heat. Whisk together and cool. Transfer to container and store up to 7 days in the refrigerator.
