The house passed the bill Taxpayers relief for American Families and Workers act of 2024 on Jan 31 2024 but the senate has not yet passed it. It seems to be stuck in Senate purgatory. The longer this bill does not pass, the less likely that it will. The bill changes the deadline for all ERC claims to 1/31/24 (retroactively)
